FINAL Minutes, May 5, 2008 Community Preservation Committee Meeting
style="text-align:left;">Bob informed everyone that the appraisal came in at $40,000 and the Town of Acton voted to return their State/Federal Funds to Stow for the project. The Committee agreed that this money as well as the $50,000 from the Stow Conservation Trust would be applied to the total amount due at closing. Bob said he would speak to Town Counsel prior to Town Meeting to make sure this is the appropriate course of action.
